Postpartum Doula Recertification
Postpartum Doula Inactive to Active Status
To change from inactive to active status, follow these steps:
- Submit completed Postpartum Doula Verification form or Client and partner evaluation sheets from three doula experiences to the Recertification Committee.
- Submit your recertification fee to the Certification Committee.
- Submit Form D and check off “Change from Inactive Status” box on the form.
Then follow the steps for recertification for active status.
